Intellectual Property

 

All elements present on www.lucebrunerie.com and composing the Site (software, text, animated images, graphic charters, logos, photos, etc.) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and are the exclusive property of the Company.

Any total or partial reproduction of the Site, by any person or by any means, without the prior express authorization of the Company, constitutes an infringement and is punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The same applies to any databases present on the Site; these databases are protected under the provisions of the French Law of July 1, 1998, transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the Directive of March 11, 1996, relating to the legal protection of databases.

The trademark “Luce Brunerie - Weddings & Events” and the logos displayed on the Site are protected under trademark law.

Any reproduction, reissue, redistribution, or representation, in whole or in part, of these trademarks or logos, by any means whatsoever, using elements from the Site without the prior express authorization of the Company, is strictly prohibited under Article L. 713-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
